  • What wax do you use? Coconut Soy Wax blend
  • Is there Paraffin in your wax?  No-my was is paraffin free
  • How long do your candles burn?  Our 8 oz candles burn approximately 40-50 hours when burned properly.  Burn time may vary depending on the environment and burn habits.  For best results, burn candles for 2-4 hours at a time and trim the wick before each burn.
  • Are you vessels reusable?  Yes-once the candle has finished burning and the wax has been removed before cleaning.  The container can be repurposed as a planter, desk organizer, etc.
  • Can I reuse my candle vessel for drinking?  No-Although the vessel is sealed with a food-safe acrylic sealer, it is not intended for drinking or food use.
  • How do I remove leftover wax from my concrete vessel?  Once the candle has finished burning, allow vessel to cool completely.  To remove any remaining wax, gently warm the container by placing it in a sink or bowl of warm (not hot) water until the wax softens.  You can wipe out the wax with a paper towel or cloth.  Avoid placing concrete vessels in the freezer or exposing them to sudden temperature changes, as this may cause cracking.
  • Are your products safe for pets?  Pets can be sensitive to fragrance.  We recommend using candles and sprays in well-ventilated spaces and keeping products out of reach of pets.
  • How strong are the scents?  Our fragrances are designed to gently fill a room without being overpowering.

Room Sprays

  • Can I spray this on linens?  Yes, out sprays can be used on linens.  We recommend testing on a small area first.
  • Why do I need to shake the spray before each use?  Our sprays are non-alcohol based and made with a water-based formula, so the fragrance can naturally settle over time.  A gentle shake blends everything back together so you get a smooth, balanced scent with every spray.  Unlike alcohol-based sprays that stay fully mixed, our formula is softer and more gentle-designed for a more natural, comfort-first experience.

  • How long does shipping take?  Orders ship within 2-4 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.

  • What if my candle arrives damaged?  Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo so we can help make it right.
