Thank you for supporting Misfit Wicks.  Each product is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders $60+ within the United States.  For orders under $60, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days.  During busy periods or product launches, processing ties may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Packging

All Misfit Wicks products are packaged carefully to protect candles, wax melts, and sprays during transit.  We use protective packaging materials to help ensure your order arrives safely.

Warm Weather Shipping

During warmer months, wax products may soften slightly during transit.  This does not affect the performance or quality of the product.

If melting occurs, allow the product to return to room temperature before use.

Incorrect Address

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.
